Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

AutoNation is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while still being part of a global team environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role and possess strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Managing and updating client accounts and information in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
