Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at HP in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote assistance to clients, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients and ensuring their needs are met - Collaborate with team members to identify patterns in client issues and develop strategies to improve overall client support efficiency - Utilize various tools and resources to effectively address client inquiries and resolve problems - Keep detailed records of client interactions and technical issues for future reference - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve client support services


Requirements: - Proven experience in client support or a related field - Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Strong adaptability skills to quickly adjust to changing client needs and technology advancements - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and guide them towards appropriate solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Technical proficiency with a variety of software and hardware systems
