Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team at Alcoa in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Assist with the onboarding process for new clients - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in client support or a similar role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
