Client Support Representative

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role is ideal for individuals who are independent, energetic, adaptable, and able to effectively plan and prioritize their workload.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients regarding order status, shipment tracking, and general inquiries - Address and resolve client concerns and issues, escalating as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and communicate client needs and requirements - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong planning and organizational skills
