Client Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Communicating with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 4. Collaborating with other team members to coordinate client support efforts and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Analyzing client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 4. Driven and resilient personality traits. 5. Soft skills in project management and analysis. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
