Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Tech Data is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to clients. 4. Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to resolve complex client issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. 7. Assist in updating client databases and information.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in client support. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically. 3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of technical support tools and software. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
