Job Description - Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative, working from home in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. No prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with booking accommodations, resolving issues, and answering any inquiries they may have. 3. Conduct research on various topics related to travel and accommodations to provide accurate information to clients. 4. Adapt to changes in client needs and company policies to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination in client support efforts. 6. Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.


Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality to effectively communicate with clients and handle various situations. 2.
