Client Support Representative - Work from home

Performance Lab is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Wellington, Wellington, NZ, at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes answering inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

To excel in this role, you must be driven and resourceful, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Negotiation skills and creativity are also essential in order to effectively address customer needs and concerns.

In addition to client support, you will also be responsible for promoting and upselling our products and services to clients, so a sales-oriented mindset is beneficial. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
