Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Support Representative at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from your home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client issues and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience - Providing product information and assistance with ordering and returns - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment
