Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Code Avengers is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with no prior experience who is looking to kickstart their career in the tech industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with technical support inquiries related to our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all client interactions and follow up as necessary - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction - Contribute ideas for improving client support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively assist clients


Requirements: - Adaptability and confidence to handle a variety of client inquiries and issues - Strong creativity and planning skills to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer literacy and knowledge of tech products - High school diploma or equivalent
