Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


The Remote Client Support Specialist at Gallagher Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will work remotely from the Hamilton, Waikato, NZ area on a part-time basis. This position is at the Associate level and requires at least 4 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients using Gallagher Group products and services. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Conducting follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 5. Documenting client interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 6. Staying up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively support clients. 7. Assisting with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed.


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive nature to effectively assist clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in customer service or technical support roles. - Proficiency with software tools and CRM systems. - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
