Job Description:
Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients with their needs, questions, and issues via phone, email, or in person - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and provide solutions - Utilize company systems and tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify opportunities to improve client experiences and provide feedback to the team - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong time management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
