Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and policy inquiries. 3. Conduct client onboarding and provide guidance on our products and services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively. 5. Knowledge of insurance products and terminology preferred.
