Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


PPG Industries is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.


As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This includes resolving client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and following up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution.


Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary - Provide product information and recommendations to clients - Process client orders and manage product returns and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on pending issues - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients


Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in client support or a related field - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong time management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
