Job Description:
Booktrack is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Provide technical support for clients using our platform, troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and improve the overall client experience. 5. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on the use of our platform. 6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continually improve our services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Confident and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 6. Leadership skills to effectively manage relationships and guide clients through the support process. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 8. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
