Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Specialist to work from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assisting with product demonstrations and troubleshooting as needed - Participating in training and professional development activities to enhance job performance - Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong planning and analysis skills to identify and address client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required, as training will be provided
