Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a driven and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team at U.S. Bancorp. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns - Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and provide tailored solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Strong planning and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
