Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar client support or customer service position.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and product information - Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable individual with strong interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certification a plus
