Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home


Job Description:


Avon Products is seeking a Client Support Specialist to work from home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Collaborate with team members to address complex customer cases and find effective solutions. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Meet and exceed established performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings. 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Independent and confident. 2. Soft skills: Persuasion and teamwork. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
