Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Biomatters is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer support or client-facing position.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. - Understand client needs and issues, providing solutions and recommendations in a timely manner. - Conduct negotiations with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Utilize critical thinking skills to problem-solve complex issues and escalate when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to best assist clients.


Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to think critically. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Tech-savvy with experience using customer support software and tools. - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
