Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Baxter International is seeking a reliable and energetic Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues. 3. Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer records in the contact center database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with project management tasks as needed. 6. Support people management efforts by providing assistance to team members and helping with training and development.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. 3. Experience in people management or a willingness to learn and develop in this area. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contact center software is preferred. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
