Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


AmerisourceBergen, a global leader in pharmaceutical distribution, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to work from home in Wellington, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and providing assistance with inquiries and issues - Conducting research and problem-solving to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to optimize the customer experience and improve processes - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Proficiency in using technology and computer systems - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
