Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description: Eastman Chemical is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position with an associate level seniority, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner - Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures - Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent teamwork and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
