Job Description - Contact Center Associate


Job Description:


Wildfire is seeking a driven and confident Contact Center Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services - Input customer information accurately into our database and update records as needed - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and metrics - Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
