Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Avery Dennison is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven and eager to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required, however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must. 2. Must be driven and energetic with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage difficult situations with ease. 4. Excellent people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
