Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Associate for our Work from Home position in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This entry level part-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely and be a part of a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about Eversource Energy products and services to customers - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, service requests, and general troubleshooting - Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude - Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on company initiatives

Requirements: - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with empathy - Dedicated and committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and analysis skills to prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
