Job Description - Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Berkshire Hathaway Contact Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Nelson, NZ.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Assisting customers with billing and payment inquiries - Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
