Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


The Remote Contact Center Manager at Travelers Cos. in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote contact center team. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote contact center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations - Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to agents to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 5+ years of experience in contact center management or customer service - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in CRM systems and contact center technology - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
