Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Avis Budget Group in Wellington, New Zealand. As a leading global provider of vehicle rental services, we are seeking a talented individual with at least 6 years of experience in contact center management to oversee our remote contact center operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and drive efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure team goals are met - Provide coaching and mentorship to contact center agents to enhance their performance - Resolve complex customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Proven experience in contact center management, with at least 6 years of experience - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Proficient in negotiation and analysis soft skills - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure - Knowledge of call center technologies and customer service best practices
