Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in contact center management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote contact center agents, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations. 7. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new contact center agents. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in contact center management. 2. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience in remote team management is a plus. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
