Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Monsanto in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Remote Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of remote contact center agents to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote contact center agents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency within the contact center - Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve overall team performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Resourceful and hardworking, with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong cooperation and creativity skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
