Job Description: SwipedOn is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team. As the leader of our contact center operation, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote contact center representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets. This is a part-time position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote contact center representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations and efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Innovation and time management skills - Vision insurance, Life insurance, and Paid overtime benefits
