Job Description:
Oneok is seeking a passionate and resilient Contact Center Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chats with customers in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the contact center - Use innovative solutions to improve customer experience and uphold company standards - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong adaptability to handle various customer situations and inquiries - Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to customer problems - Resilient attitude to handle challenging customer interactions - Passion for customer service and satisfaction - Ability to work part-time hours in a fast-paced environment
