Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team at TJX in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Building rapport with customers and promoting brand loyalty - Upselling and cross-selling products and services - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Persuasion skills to drive sales and achieve targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
