Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and reliable, with excellent emotional intelligence and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
