Job Description - Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Macy’s is seeking a motivated and dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns - Use sales techniques to promote products and services to customers - Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the database - Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and targets - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in computer applications and software - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional service - Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively
