Job Description:
US Foods Holding is seeking a motivated and experienced Contact Center Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time remote position with a seniority level of Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and effectively. 2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Utilize company systems and databases to accurately document customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company. 7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to take initiative. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using computer applications and software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. 7. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
