Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

KKR is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Contact Center Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide information, answer questions, and resolve inquiries about products and services - Update customer accounts and records accurately in the database - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary - Meet and exceed performance targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance - Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on presentation - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
