Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team at Fiserv in Wellington, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, and possess strong strategic planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding their accounts or financial inquiries - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues or concerns - Conducting thorough research to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of products and services - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
