Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

The Contact Center Representative at DISH Network in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. This position is part-time and requires entry-level experience, with at least 1 year of customer service background preferred. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and independent, with a strong focus on innovation and planning.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase revenue - Documenting customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and team performance - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred
