Job Description:
Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Wellington, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in people management.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Manage customer accounts and update relevant information in the company database. 5. Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Confidence and professionalism when interacting with customers. 6. Experience with CRM software and call center technology is a plus.
