Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is currently seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide solutions to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints - Document customer interactions accurately in the company's database - Collaborate with various departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contact center - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
