Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Clorox, a leading consumer goods company, to work from home in Auckland, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, order placements, complaints, and general inquiries. 2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product and company knowledge.
