Foot Locker is looking for a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assisting with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent presentation skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 6. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home. 7. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
