Job Description - Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Plains GP Holdings is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Contact Center Representative to work from home in Auckland, New Zealand. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, as well as assist with inquiries and issue resolution. 3. Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Utilize decision-making skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Conduct presentations over the phone to promote products and services as needed. 6. Document all interactions accurately and timely in the company's CRM system. 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team objectives. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 2. Excellent decision-making skills and ability to make quick and effective choices. 3. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
