Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

SLI Systems is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Auckland, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong work ethic and resilience.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide exceptional customer service by effectively addressing and resolving customer issues - Document all interactions with customers in a clear and concise manner - Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the contact center - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking individual with a positive attitude - Resilient under pressure and able to effectively handle difficult customers - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make strategic decisions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
