Job Description:
Amazon.com is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer concerns and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Following company policies and procedures to handle customer interactions effectively - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improving customer service skills through ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements: - Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues in a positive manner - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent
