Job Description:
Jarden is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and any other requests or issues they may have. 3. Educate customers on product features, promotions, and warranty information. 4. Process orders accurately and efficiently in the company's systems. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations. 6. Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, common issues, and potential improvements to processes.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong persuasion and cooperation skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. 6. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software. 7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
