Job Description:
Allbirds, a sustainable footwear company based in Wellington, NZ, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong dedication and drive to succeed in a customer service role. As a Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Allbirds' customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements: 1. Strong dedication and drive to excel in a customer service role. 2. Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 3. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing orders and resolving customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and applications.
