Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

2degrees, a leading telecommunications company in New Zealand, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty. This part-time role is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.

As a Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This includes handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must be resourceful and resilient in order to effectively navigate various customer scenarios and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met effectively - Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Resourceful and resilient in challenging situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
